Booking PSG Model T’s & C’s

We ask that all clients read and agree to the terms and conditions laid out below before engaging or interacting with PSG Model Agency. The terms and conditions below form a contractual agreement between The Collective Management Ltd trading as PSG Model Agency (“The Agency”) and its clients (‘The Client”). “Our” also refers to PSG Model Agency. “Assignment” refers to all bookings made through The Agency. The Agency may change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.
Liability and Indemnity

Necessary insurance will be required to be taken by the client, when booking a model through The Agency. The Agency, or our models, do not hold the insurance to cover the Clients assignments. It is the responsibility of the client to provide a safe working environment for our models, when booked for an assignment. The Client will be held directly responsible for any health and safety issues/ damages/ harassment/ accidents that may occur during an assignment.
The Agency will not be held accountable for any loss arising through negligence or late arrival/no show, caused directly or indirectly by any of our models when booked for an assignment. Our models work on a freelance basis and therefore not employed by The Agency. As such, they are booked on your behalf, therefore we cannot be held liable for any actions or misconduct on an assignment. We, as a company, take every step possible to ensure our represented models act professionally at all times when booked for an assignment. You agree to indemnify us against any claim or demand arising out of your use of our services.
Bookings and Payment

All prices quoted to The Client are correct at the time of quotation. A 50% deposit payment will be required at time of booking, with the full balance paid on models arrival for the assignment. Model will not commence assignment until full payment is made. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit card by PayPal (3% admin fee applies). Models can be booked by half day or full day rates, with additional hours if required by the Client (an additional hour is charged at 30% of agreed rate). A full day will be 8 hours including relevant break for lunch. A half day will be 4 hours. Clients will be responsible for models breaks, food and beverages when booked for a full day. Additional travel costs will be agreed at time of booking and will be paid for by the Client. If any travel/ accommodation/ provisional booking fees are applied, any cancellations must be paid for in full by the Client. Provisional bookings must be confirmed by the Client within 24 hours of this booking being made to avoid cancellations by The Agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations

Where the Client cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the assignment, all deposit paid by the Client will be forfeited. Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the assignment require full payment to be made. Cancellation caused by result of a no-show from a model will result in the deposit being refunded, minus admin charges. Where The Agency has to cancel a booking, they will endeavour to find a suitable replacement or substitute to avoid assignment disruptions.
Image Usage & Contract Privacy

The Client may negotiate at time of booking, any additional rates for other usage rights for images created for other media. Models photographs may only be used for any agreed image usage once all fees have been paid to the agency.
Where the models have been booked through The Agency, models SHOULD NOT be negotiated with directly for future bookings either by the client or it’s associates. Clients will be charged five times (5x) the initial fee if this term is breached. All details and statistics related to the models on The Agency’s website are solely for information purposes and are correct at time of representation. By using The Agency’s website for it’s intended purpose, you as the Client are agreeing to the Models right to privacy. Any information supplied directly from the Agency during the consideration of booking a model for an assignment may not be used outside such situation.
Complaints

Should the Client find a model severely inconsistent from presented portfolio images, The Agency must be informed immediately to avoid the full fee being charged by The Agency. Where complaints occur, and are dealt with immediately, The Agency will endeavour to find a suitable replacement for the Client.
